Breda Kenyon — Partner

Breda is the Design and Creative Strategy half of the Mc|K partnership. For twelve years before starting Mc|K she held the position of Creative Director for the Boston office of Lowe Healthcare, the world’s third-largest medical marketing agency. She was named to the executive board in 1993 and was made Senior Vice President in 1999.

As Creative Director, Breda oversaw the development of programs in all media, including print, electronic and broadcast during a time when she and her team won many creative awards, including the Medical Marketing Association Best in Show in 1997. She was also a member of the Strategy and Planning Group at Lowe Grob that launched more than two dozen new technologies including drug-eluting stents, GERD repair, incontinence and prostate cancer.

Within the Lowe Healthcare network, Breda was recognized as an expert in the areas of medical devices, biotechnology and enabling technologies, and in vitro diagnostics. In medical devices and diagnostics, she has worked with market leaders and innovators in almost every therapeutic category from cardiology and gastroenterology, to orthopedics and urology. And in biotechnology, she has worked with most of the industry leaders in the Northeast.

Breda’s resume includes spearheading launches for therapeutics used in Crohn’s disease, bladder cancer, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, irritable bowel syndrome, and asthma / COPD.

Breda is a lifelong medical and scientific communications specialist, having begun her career as an Art Director for ARRCO Medical Advertising, a pioneer in medical communications in the Boston area. She later served as Senior Art Director at Blouin & Company where she worked until joining Grob Health & Science in 1985.

A graduate of Syracuse University with a BFA in Advertising Design, Breda brings more than three decades of experience to the medical marketing field.
