Big Idea
Planning and start-up is an anxious time for most surgery centers. “What am I forgetting?” is the common concern. By creating a comprehensive start-up kit, complete with planning guides, we help calm anxieties. We also demonstrate the value of working with a McKesson ASC specialist early in the planning process.
